How diffucult is it to do this? I weld the pipe in place Right?

Hey My friend wants me to gut out my cat. but i dont know how and would like to find out how to do it the easiest and fastest way possible thanx

 

To gut the cat and run a pipe inside the steps are: Remove cat, bang out insides, hammer smaller pipe inside so it's a press-fit, bolt back up to car.

Or you can remove the cat, which involves: Use sawzall and cut out cat, weld or have welded a straight pipe back in.

Simple, really.
