dual str8 pipe on a v6?
dual str8 pipe on a v6?
i was thinking about doing a dual str8 pipe on my 87 2.8 v6, any1 ever do this before? im gonna replace all the exhaust, from headers all the way back, maybe no cat, no mufflers...any comments?

way too much work for something that would be just as good with a single exhaust. hell, most settle for a single exhaust setup with v8s. just go with headers, and a 2.5" catback system.

nothing about the set-up being too big for the sake of the engine? that'd be my only worry... but if noone says anything about that.. go ahead SmuurF and ignore them.. it's your car, you do whatever you want with it... record it once it is finished so we can hear if it really sounds like hondas... which I doubt

LMFAO, HAHA. But on a serious note, why dou you need all that flow on a v6?? If I'm not mistaken, don't they only have like 130hp anyway?? Unless you had plans of doing any heavy mods (NOS, Supercharger, etc...) You'l probably actually lose power with a setup too open for your motor. It'd probably actually choke the motor more than anything else. Just my 2cents.
