Where can I buy flanges for my exhaust???

I need to Get my I pipe hooked up to my cat and don't want to have it welded or clamped. I want an exhaust shop to weld some flanges up tot the cat and pipe. Where can I get flanges for 3" pipe?????? I looked through Jegs and summit but didn't see any. Would an exhaust place lik Midas or Meineke carry them???????
