Lean Exhaust
I just put headers on the car and now i am getting an error code 44, which is Lean Exhaust, what could cause this and what can be done to fix?

What engine and induction do you have?
Headers will have a general tendancy to lean out the mixture. The feedback computerized systems typically adjust for that, though. Depending upon which induction you have, you may have simply driven the system beyond its capability, which is probably an indication of something that was about to go wrong, anyway.
