Hooker Comments

Just thought I'd share these recent comments about my exhaust, lol.

GF " It's just loud and annoying now"

GF's Brother " Everyone just heard us coming, that's how car's are supposed to sound, like the old muslce cars, not like the new ones" after I got on it

GFs Grandmother " You're car is making a lot of noise, is it supposed to" As i pull into the driveway.

I was going to get a WOT soundclip last nite, but I have a headlight out, didn't want to risk it.

What did you do to make it sound so much louder, or was it the first time they had heard it?
Most folks love the sound of mine, as do I.

You just tell them thats the sound of power, muscle, coolness, and great American V8's.

I agree with what that dude said, the previous F-Bodies and muslcecars today are not loud or as nice sounding, and they need to do something about it.

Hey Mark, what do you think of the Pro heads? I was debating between thier 180cc and the 200's. They show only an 8 cfm intake difference. -

My GF just says " Hey honey can we go racing tonight?"

later, justin...

No more computer here.
It idles great, lopey while maintaning good brakes.

The heads seem to be great so far, as far as the cc you want, that will depend where you want to be making power at. The 200cc ones like higher rpms.

I'm a recent Hooker 3" catback aerochamber upgrader and must say I'm 10000000% happy with it. Killer sound and I'm only running a stock(minus ignition) 305(LO3) with no cat. Just wish I had more motor and cam so my idle was a little meaner.

Dual aerochambers sound better though.... When I'm driving downtown everybody looks and stares.... it's great.
BTW, how much compression are you running?
