MY exhaust idea let me know what you think.
Okay lets start with what i got its a 1989 Firebird Formula Black with the 305 tbi ive got the stock tail pipe so its got the notches where they bent it to go over the axle to a 2 1/2 flowmaster 80 series muffler and a very restrictive cat.Soo it's not that loud but i have to keep it legal for emmssions.i was thinking about buying a pipe and putting it in place of the cat but then i would have to put the cat back on when i test it but i was going to weld the pipe in place so the y pipe would get messed up after a year or 2 then i thought. Why not a high flow cat but then it dosent flow as good as a pipe so i thought why no a exhaust cut out then i heard about it sound toooo trashy and all cracky and raspy like a ******* truck with no muffler so i though why not put the cut out right before the cat and have a pipe run to a summit glass pack straight muffler which says its a deep rumble at idle and awesome sound at wot so i can switch from quite to VERY VRY VERY deep loud ( i guess it cost so much than regular straight mufflers becuasde it sounds good and deep not all cracky and high pitched like most do) then if i see a PIG (COP) i can switch it back to quite and he will never Kknow
so let me know what you think also if your selling one email me at paulsfirebird@earthlink.net i'll buy it in a sec.

I saw that your wanting an electric cut-out....I haven't really seen to many people selling used electric cut-outs man.....your best bet would be to buy a brand new one from McCord or Quick Time....http://www.mccordcg.com/mpp/mpp.htm
