Edit: What A Bitch!!! Got a Q..

Yeah got my 3" Flowmaster American Thunder catback on after 4 1/2 hours!!! Ok stock exhaust is welded together and the pipe to the cat and the right outlet pipe are welded together. Wow that took a wile just to break the weld but it came off in about 2 1/2 hours and we put the new exhaust on. Then the cat is too small (2" so its leaking a bit) so im thinking of getting a catco 2" inlet/3" outlet and that will solve my prob. But overall the exhaust looks great and sounds great after about 10-20miles on it! That was the best $370 ive ever spent

do you have an aftermarket y-pipe? i had a rattle on mine because i have a flowtech y pipe and the cat wouldnt slide on enough so it pushed out the i-pipe and made it ping and rattle. if its a quiet rattle it could be ur cat has a bunch of crap in it. what i did is just took off my cat and put in a strait pipe, solved all my problems and made it sound better. if you have emisions you may want to run a strait pipe through the cat, save money and it might fix ur problem.

hmm yeah well the prob is the cat's flange doesnt bolt up right cuz the cats 2 1/4" and the exhaust is 3". Ima buy a 2 1/2 or 3" cat if i can from catco.
