****ing Boarder patrol... hehe 30 seconds of answering and we was outta there... not too bad (We made great time coming back)

Friday night Doug and I ended up not finding Andy until about 12:30 - 1 am ... lucky for us Dougs 'Bird has recognizable headlights and a unique sound

Poor Andy ended up having to drive a whatchamuhcallit that ended up having a tomato from wendy's stuck on the passenger side mirror (hehehehe) ... I'll let him tell that part...

Saturday, we basically screwed around, got doug some tires on the rear because he was scraping against goddamn near every speed bump or driveway hehe...

I ended up being the Cascade Crew bitch, I was in ever F-Body that was driveable for atleast an hour ... ONLY ONE GODDAMN CAMARO!!!!! (any of you smartass birdy drivers comment and I'ma come up there and kick the shyt outta you hehehe) ... it was fairly eventful...

Doug has a few little stories to tell though...

Illegal Drags... hoo baby was that Chevy Dualy ****ing SWEET!!! (It got beat by a ford but the ford weighed a helluva lot less, stupidass F150 with a bigblock or somethin...

And Doug lost his virginity later that night

High point of the trip: Losing my virginity... Andys sister is really hot and looked damn sexy in that little outfit...
Actually, it was my drag racing virginity I lost. We where at the illegal drags, and after being broken up for the first time by the cops and a TA had just showed up we regrouped and I got to talk to the guy and we decided to race. So we got to the new place and he pulled up and I was clueless, but they finally got me next to him and we both did our burn outs, then we went. Well, I got 245s on my rears now and damn, they hook. Well, problem was I didn't have the revs high enough and I bogged bad. Anyway, we won. Oh well, we came back and then I asked if he wanted to go again, and after a couple races we did go again, I took the revs up higher and hung with him much better. So anyway, we return and couple guys run up to me and ask my if I wanna race a 65 Mustang drop top, and so I turn around and restage. Mustang pulls up next to me and they have to lift one side of the car and sit on the other to get it to do a burn out, so I did another burn out and then brought the RPMs even higher up and that time I got a good launch and beat him outta the hole, good. He caught me around the shift to second and stayed a little ahead. Oh well, it was a good race.
By the end of the night nobody knew I had a V-6, which is fine with me. I even got asked if I wanted to race some psycho 68 Mustang... I was like no...
Anyway, I didn't do no V-6 F-Body bad.

Low point: Two radios, radar detector and video camera getting stolen out of my car... nuff said.

I was at the drags (for a short period of time) and saw the 65 Mustang sitting in a lot. Too bad I missed you guys, but I was there for the 2 Mustangs racing (94 and 99), the 4 door Bonneville/Regal/Whatever the **** it was vs. Old Datsun and the Regal vs. Newer Caprice races. Were you guys still there at that time?

And I missed a hot chick...now I'm pissed!!!

There was only one of us... Andy had to go drop some people off and Mark was around for a bit and decided to do a burnout before he left (which was a damn lot better than that red camaro with the cowl, HAHA)...

And that blazer doing the burnout was pretty cool too, hehehe

I saw all those races you mentioned. The Caprice one was w/ the 2 second delay, correct? I heard that Mustang was a '01, not a 99, but I may of misheard. That other one was a rip-off, the dude took the GT badges off and stuck on base model ones! I was like damn thats a fast 6 banger and it sounds damn good... oh well.

We where standing about 20 feet in on the right side of the road. My car was parked in about the center of the parking lot where most of the cars where parking. I was wearing my Cascade Crew jacket.

That sucks you didn't see us, I looked around for F-Bodies but I never saw one besides the 91/92 Z28 w/ the blue stripes and the red 91/92 RS that fried its clutch.

I plan on coming up sometime in June again for a Friday/Sat. Maybe next time I can get up there at a descent hour and do the Friday night drags, too.

I was just walking away as that blueish green malibu came around the corner and started lighten em up.

For those Canadian members, the Bird will out there on Saturday night (in a specators role) weather provided.

My bird wasn't out on Saturday, we were in an 87 Accord.

Here's a question for you guys....I've heard that our local street race scene has alot more really fast cars (12's and lower) than most areas...did you guys notice a difference?

hey man not all V6's are bad, and theres nothing wrong with them at all... I personally wouldn't drive one unless it wa a TTA or one of the 4.3's in a blazer... but to each their own... not everyone can afford the insurance or the gas price a V8 carries, nor were they an option for some people to even think about...

Those V6's can surprise you as well... so don't just toss em around like they're trash, cause no one in Cascade is any better than the rest for any reason, be it engine size, car in better condition, etc...

 

Hey Shadowstorm, dont forget the little 3.8 man. One of the fastest cars GM ever produced! Too bad I wasnt at the gathering, we coulda raced, since our cars are close to the same!
