Hooker 2210 and Spark Plug Clearance
Hooker 2210 and Spark Plug Clearance
Are angle plugs the way to go with Hooker 2210 headers? I read Traxions post on his header install and saw that he was ok on clearance with angled AFR's and Phil87IROC's had a clearance problem on #7 with staright plug AFR's.
From Traxions Post*****
18) The 2210’s have great clearance with L98 angle plugs (my experience) and regular angle plugs (Rick Lindstedt's experience) when using 90 degree spark plug boots. Straight plugs will have a clearance problem with plug #7 (Phil87IROC's experience). To fix the problem with the #7 plug Phil made a shorty plug. To see Phil's pictures click HERE

I am looking at either Dart Iron Eagles or maybe Pro Actions Iron Lightening heads, is anyone using these heads with 2210's and what type plug angle and clearance do you have?
Thanks
Jeff
