My question is Is the damm nut prodruding on the inside gona effect anythig when I put the 02 in.

Here are a few Pic's of how he did it..

I told him to put it on top and I marked the spot for him based off this pic.

Hey Chris, whats up?? How ya been? About the bung, it should be fine. Mine is actually the opposite, with it sticking up more on the outside of the collector. That is a good spot for it too, in the 12 o'clock position. No problems at all with the install. later-Bryan

The sensor itself should clear but whoever did that did a monkey job on the welding and placement. The bung itself should not be inside the colector impedinf airflow, it should welded to the out metal of the colector so none of the bung is actually inside. The only part that should be inside the colector is the head of the O2 sensor. I would have it redone.

Yes it looks like a monkey job. and its sticking inside but I dont think its gona effect airflow that will be noticable.

As much As Id like to have it redone I'll deal with it as is. I dont want to wate any longer to ceramic coat em and put em in.

I may just put em in now and ceramic coat em when the motor comes out in a few months for winter anyways
