I say Dan's about right. If anything, I'd guess a little less.

Some of those $100,000 ricers may have as much as 50 horsepower, LOL!

Someone here was making 285 rwhp and like 345 ft-lbs for rwtq w/ less mods, I see no reason why you'd be making less...

my guess is 290hp
and maybe just under 400 lbft of torque.

if you don't want to hop on a dyno to really find out just use a general equation to get you in the ballpark.

take your horsepower number and divide by your vehicles race weight (include driver)

example: 290/3500 = 0.082857

take the cube root of that = 0.435956

then multiply by the constant (234) = 102.0

the 102.0 would be your trap speed at the end of a quarter measured in miles per hour.

so all you have to do is weigh your car + your body weight and then make a few quarter mile passes at the track.

it is a simple formula and only used for ballpark figures.
have fun,

Okay, that sounds easy enough, I am pretty good with math being an engineering student and all.

to get that cam to realize its potential it needs to breath... look into some different heads and a high flow base and runners... otherwise that cam is not doing anything for you... with those items you could get better than .5 sec off the et, easy...
