Time for a new CAT??

ALlright i am almost 99% postive my cat needs to go, here goes...i got a loss of power and when i start it up cold it takes a while be for it runs with , when i am on the highway and give it gas it will run hot but not over heat it will get 230-240 when it used to run at 220, and my car sounds alot quieter ... so if i replace my cat will it cure all of these problems if not which ones

I Bought a Catco brand catalytic converter is that a good one to get ??

Is the cat rattling? Does it glow red hot? Does your exhaust smell like rotten eggs?

These are all symptoms of a bad cat.

Are you throwing any SES code[s]?
