Whats a good flowing muffler?
I have looked in the archives for the last .5 hr. I want a good flowing muffler, it doesnt have to be loud i profer flow over the noise.
I have an 86 camaro with a flowmaster dual outlet 2 1/2 inch tailpipes. Im happy with the sound.I have and 83 camaro that i have purchased a 3 inch dynomax pipe for, i was looking for a muffler with the stock appearance, goodflow, anda sound.
The stock apearance is a must! As far as loudnes gos i dont care.
I was planning on running either a flowmaster muffler or a dynomax. If anyoneone has a sound clip on the dynomax muffler PLEASE post it. Thank you for your time

Just go with the dynomax then...magnaflow is also "straight-through" and on the quiet side. Spintech made a huge difference on my car when I replaced the exhaust. However, I also replaced the cat. which also helped I'm sure.
