4th Gen SLP Loud Mouth Cat-back on a 3rd Gen

I was told as long as I use the late 4th Gen hangers, it's just a matter of hooking up the intermediate pipe. Anyone know for sure? Thanks

Try a search and you will get tons of info from guys that have this very same cat-back on their cars. Form what I understand, besides the hagers you have to fab up the I-pipe connection to the cat. It is not in the same location on both cars.

Thanks! Did you use the late 4th gen hangers? I know SLP has the installation kit for the LT1 4th gens with the late style hangers.

used the stock hangers, had to fab a temprary hanger for the over the axle section. I will make something much nicer this spring. The hardest part was getting all the tailipes to look good. One other thing. For a 3rd gen, usr the LS1 model for 98-02 f-bodys, seems to be easier to install.
