I would recommend you send it back and get a system that will fit the car.
If you insist on using it, the reducers intended to go on the header collectors won't fit anything - they're about $20 of the price you paid. You might be able to use a few of the pipes with some equipment typically only found in exhaust shops. But basically, you bought something that wasn't intended for our application, and certainly not for use with stock manifolds.

No. Where are you going to put the (not included) mufflers?

im aware
the exhaust is prolly gona be 4" at its highest point, and thats about how high my gfxs are off the ground, since theres more room under there it should fix with half decent ground clearance, if i can get over speedbumps im good

If you had a 68 Camaro or a 72 Nova or 81 Firebird, they would work with long tubes. Then along came the '82 F-body, and everything changed.
Yes, you "can" use such pipes on a 3rd gen. The first problem lies exactly where you speculated - ground clearance. The second is getting it to route where there's the least bit of space to clear body & chassis. Unless you have access to tube bending & welding equipment, you'll probably have to pay an exhaust shop to modify it to make it fit. When you get done, you'll have an obnoxiously loud exhaust that scraps on every little dip & bump in the road - let alone speedbumps, that probably cost you more than an aftermarket 3rd gen system would have cost.
A system designed to route where the factory put it is much less problematic, and will flow well enough to support all but the most outrageous street engine.
But, you "can" use that universal kit if you insist.
