cheapest/ easiest headers?
Ok, my stock y-pipe won't bolt back up to the manifolds because i broke the studs off. I said F**k it, i will just get headers. What is the cheapest and easiest bolt-up to a stock 85' exhaust? I deleted the smog pump so no AIR is nessassary. I want a cheap set of headers with a y-pipe that will bolt up w/ out fabrication or welding. Let me know what my options are.

ok, i looked around a little bit, and im sort of leaning towards the non-air hedmans and y-pipe. I was just woundering, if i get this setup from ACS, if it will be a simple bolt in to my 4 bolt cat. I really dont want to mess w/ welding or fabrication.

You'll need a flange to bolt up to the cat; the Hedman y-pipe has a 2½" OD outlet, and comes with an adapter to fit up to a 3" cat.
You should be able to get a flange from a local exhaust shop and have them weld it on.
