Thanks for the help guys...
I tried to remove it but one of the bolts is really stuck. I tried everything under the sun, but it won't budge! I need to pass emissions so would removing it not allow me to? About how much would a whole new one cost?
And how do I remove this *** damn bolt!!!
Plus I think these are aftermarket valve covers so they sit higher i guess.

for removin the bolt i would say a little heat never hurts hit the manifold with some cold water while applying heat to the bolt head (not too much heat tho) this will pull the manifold away from the rusty threads a bit then b4 cranking on the bolt apply a bit of nut buster on the base of the bolt to try and get a lil bit of rust killer on the treads as well
Even aftermarket valve covers should clear the damn thing it will be a pain in the *** but it should clear. from the pic they look like replacement stocks to me

if you want to pass emo, you'll need that valve and the cat. all the other stuff can go though
i wouldn't use heat around that area for the bolts. you should use a long breaker bar with a pipe at the end if its THAT hard to get off. soak it in P oil 1st. an impact driver with a socket will work also. dont forget those covers will be on there after the bolts are removed. have a pry bar or crowbar ready...

They problem is that you can not get to the bolt with a socket wrench..you have to use a cresent wrench. They EGR valve itself is in the way.
unbolt the valve and move it out of the way so you can hit the bolt behind it. you can remove the valve to work behind it, just make sure to put it back. i'd check and see how much a new one would cost, yours looks a bit old.
