there is a good thread in this section about oval exhaust on a lowered vehicle. it has pics. looks real good with lots of clearance. also looks like it wont be cheap. i myself am going to try the car chemistry collector inserts
what does the car sound like with headers and collecter inserts does it sound good or is it still extremely loud?

any way you can get a sound clip of the long tubes on there i was planning on getting those and runnin em
it is extremely loud the recorder doesnt pick it up it echoes off EVERTHING houses mailboxes everything at idle you can hear it atleast 2 blocks away it sucks goinging up hill people yell at me cant drive anywhere at night sets off car alarms it sucks it sounds good the first day but after that plain and simple annoying
Trax is running deep into the 11's with single 3" through an ultra flow Dynomax in the stock location. According to Dynomax's website the formula for exhaust CFM needed to support your HP is HPx2.2=CFM needed to support your engine without hindering horsepower output. I am probably switching back to single 3" from dual 3" because I want to lower my car more.
i think ill have a y pipe fabbed then run it in the stock location with either a 80 series or hooker aroe chamber 3in because im getting ready to lower the car.
