A.I.R. pipe removal

Where the AIR pipe runs from the passengers side exhaust pipe up into another pipe (near the manifold) like a "sleeve" I'm having trouble removing. I removed the clamp holding that area, but the thing won't budge. How you get this area apart?

there's a bolt holding it to the back of the head. Have fun getting to it though, lol.

bringing back from the dead.

How the heck do you disassemble the AIR pipe? They are "sleeved" over eachother and don't feel like coming apart. Just wanting to know so when the exhaust shop fabs up for the dual cats, they don't have to fab up the AIR pipe. I'm assuming that would be a PITA for them?
