Need help, back bolt on passenger side!
Ok guys, sorry to start a new thread but I need help asap. My headers are on, but I cannot get to the last bolt on the passenger side (Closest to firewall) to tighten it!
Any tips/tricks?

I had to cut my wrench in half, then ground the edges smooth so you can get a hand on it when tightening. Of course, use the box end of the wrench. Good luck!
Also try reaching it from underneath, not sure if I had to do that...

I am able to sneak my hand down between the evaporator housing and the firewall. Then I can use a 1/4 ratchet with a short socket to tighten the bolts. Every few months I have to go around and tighten the header bolts so I know I can do it this way. Oh, wait until it cool first!!!
