exaust - want to get the right parts..
well I'm finally getting a full exaust on my 305 TBI. I want to make sure I get everything just right. The hooker 2055's with the Y pipe are shortys correct? And does the hooker cat back keep it so theres one exaust exit on either side of the car and not 2 next to eachother? Oh and should I get the one for Engine Codes H & E, or the one for Engine Codes G, F, 7. I've been reading that the ones for the TPI engines are better.

Those hedders are shorties and the tips are on opposites sides and not run together. If you are going with a 3" cat (which you should sinc eyou are doing hedders and cat at the same time) get the system for the TPI cars so that there isn't any reducers to cut off.
