I'd recommend keeping the dual cat, dual exhaust set up. I would def reuse your cats if they are still in working order as well. Cheapest would be to just get a flowmaster system that is specifically made for the dual cat cars such as part# 17228. For sure re-weld those cats to the y-pipe, cause that job is awful!!!

the hooker system sounds awesome. i agree the tips suck. good thing is the hooker catback is cheap enough to get the tips you want and still save a little money.
