universal x-pipe system with hooker 2210?
I just got my 383 all fired up and now need to put on an exhaust system and wanted to know if this universal x-pipe system from summit will work fine and if anyone has used it. It is part number SUM-642130 and hedman has the same thing P/N HED-18830. (I believe they are the same its just Hedman cost more).
Anyways i just wanted to know if anyone has tried using this setup with the hooker super comp 2210 and if so if u had any problems? Im looking and using this setup and get a pair of dynomax bullets and have it dump somewhere near the axle. If you have pics available it would be great. I looked around and i mostly seen h-pipe systems but was told the x-pipe is a better route to go. I appreciate the help....

Xpipe is the best route, you are correct..
I have not seen anybody use the X or H pipes out of the summit mags. Feel like being a ginni-pig for all of us?
Chances are it will not work, maybe if you do some slight mods to it it will work out for you but be prepared to put alittle time into it.. Your best bet is to have it custom done, buy your mufflers, take them to a good shop and have them do it up.. good luck with what you decide..

hey 1fastZ, when or if you do get those pics i would like to see them also. In your sig is seems like i'll be going somewhat with the same setup as you. Im going to get the x-pipe from summit and dump a pair of dynomax bullets before the axle.
