Time for headers- ACS or Jethot????

The time has come to buy coated headers. I was going to definately get them through ACS, but upon following the ACS thread for the past two weeks I now have concerns about their coating quality and the company's stability. It was always my belief that ACS was far superior to Jethot when it came to both coating and customer service... As far as price goes a few dollars either way is not a problem, I just want the best quality headers. Hooker 2055's are a definite- now I just need to choose ACS or Jethot...

Jethot for sure. Tell them you are a member of thirdgen.org and you will get a 20% discount.

Hey, Jimi Here , ACS rep, I can guarantee 4 day turn around if you drop ship them from Summit to us and we will coat the y pipe on the house. Coating is $140 and our liftime rust warranty far exceeds the 1 yr factory warranty. Yes quality got questionable @ ACS when I left for a short period of time, But they ARE A good Co. And I personally guarantee ALL problems will be corrected, And quality is back to the highest standards as when I was there before!!!!
As I have posted many times this week, Anyone with quality or time problems currently with ACS PLEASE call me @ 832 563 3977 or PM me @ IBTHA1 or e-mail me @ gta5_7tpi89@yahoo.com. All problems will be rectified immediately!!! Thanx for the patience, And ACS will return as you premiere coating Co!!!
JIMI, Third Gen Rep for ACS

Get them through ACS, once you have confirmed their are no back orders or delays expected.

Remember, they are a sponsor of this web-site (Jet-Hot are NOT!!!), and thirdgen could not survive without sponsorship. Unless, you want the admin's to start charging for membership here!

Thats strange because IBTHA1 says he is a sponsor, not ACS. Maybe that cute little animation should read Jimi coating specialties?

The only way to confirm that they have the headers to be coated is to send your own. They "used" to have a problem with telling stories about what they had and what they didn't, though this might be fixed now?

OKAY, Heres how it is, I am no longer Manager of ACS, I have come back to be the ACS rep for 3rd gen. I will personally handle ALL Third Gen, Sales Warranty, Damage Control, Quality control, And customer service for all Third Gen members! Thus yes I am back with ACS. I AM JIMI ask Raiden, He contated me personally via phone last week, And he can confirm the identity of IBTHA1 as Jimi former manager of ACS. Dave has a full time job as a Continetal aircraft mechanic and count on employees to handle the 3rdgen website which to my utter @#$$%$% amazement has been totally abandoned. Therefore I WILL handle the ACS Thirdgen relationship, Never again to leave you guys with the "good help is hard to find" factor!!!

Ok, Jimi, you seem to have made a considerable effort to convince all of us of the quality and reliability of ACS so I believe I'll stick with you guys. I just went on Summit however, and the Hooker 2055's are now listed as not available. What gives??
