Header Plug - Brand Differences?
Hey, I just got a couple simple questions.
A few months back, I ordered for my cousin a pair of Flowtech header plugs (they call them 'Race Readies') for his '52 Ford pickup. I really liked them alot, because they were pretty easy to install and to use. And I REALLY liked the way they sounded. (Ever hear a flathead V8 with open duals?
)
Anyway, I liked them enough that I ordered a single 3" one for myself about a week ago from Summit and its not here yet. Its is the Summit brand peice.
What I was wondering, is what all comes with it? The set from Flowtech my cousin got came with both header plugs, gaskets, wingnuts and a special tool, basically a tube bent 90* and has a slot in one end, to tighten and loosen the wingnuts.
Does the Summit header plugs come with all of this stuff too? Like the gaskets and tool and stuff? I got the Summit peice instead of the Flowtech one because Flowtech, AFAIK, only sold them in pairs and I only needed one. And it was only $26 too.
Heres the Summit pic:

Hmm.... just looked at Thunder Racing's site... there is a single 3" Flowtech. Almost $10 more than what I paid at Summit for theirs though.
Is there any significant difference between the Flowtech and Summit cutouts? The Flowtech is $34, and the Summit was $26.

I'd just like to know if the Summit one comes with the gaskets and tool and that kinda stuff like the Flowtech ones do.
