Where to buy only a I! pipe?
Hey guys, i recently bought some hooker 2055 headers with a y pipe, and a 40 series 3" inlet and duals 2.5 inch outlets. And i already had a 3 inch HF catco convertor. I figured I would use the stock I pipe since it was already about 3 inches. But i was looking at it today and I found some holes in that pipe, mostly at the end where it connects witht the muffler. Where can I buy a replacement I pipe for my car, I called midas up and they told me that they only carried up too a 2.5" I pipe. Thats not going to cut it for me, i need a 3". Where can I get one guys, I been looking alot. Help

Call summit racing. I beleive Dynomax sells a single 3" I-pipe for our cars. I think it has a small crimp or dimple over the axle for clearance issues.

Walker will have it. Order it from your favorite local chain parts store. Midas could do it as well.
The Dynomax will be mandrel bent, however.

Anyone have any prices or part numbers for a 3in I pipe without the ball flange that would fit into a universal 3in cat.

I doubt one would exist.
Even though they're the same company, Walker & Dynomax have different lines (from what I've seen, anyway). Walker has the replacement stuff, Dynomax the "performance" stuff. But, maybe that's changing as they are integrated over time. Order a Walker, get a mandrel-bent Dynomax - sweet.

I do not know for sure that mine is walker but I do know it is 3 inch and mandrel bent. If your local shop can get walker stuff they can get the dynomax stuff or at least mine can.
