I have some instructions, but no pics.
First off, the only thing you will need to buy is an AC delete pulley. It bolts right in to the stock location (where the AC compressor was). You can get it from your local GM dealership or a place such as www.gmpartsdirect.com . The part number for it is 10055890. If you want, you can also buy a non-AC heater box (big black box on the passenger side firewall), but it's not required, and they're also kind of hard to find now.
The first thing you should do is get the system discharged from a shop. It is illegal to vent refrigerant into the atmosphere
.
Now for the parts removal. It's pretty simple. The first thing to do would do is remove the lines. Then take the belt off and remove the compressor and install the delete pulley and put the belt back on. Then unbolt the radiator, slid it back a little, and remove the condensor. Then remove the receiver/drier (the metal round can-looking device). Now cap off the the two big lines that lead into the blower unit/heater box (the big black box on the passenger side firewall) that lead to the evaporator, install the non-AC heater box, or just make a custom block-off plate.
I can go into for detail if necessary, if you need it. Just post or PM me.
