percy's "seal-4-good" gaskets (and studs?)
got my percy's gaskets today and they sure seem to be pretty thin on the outer edges of them... i hear they're like one of the best ones out there, so i guess not too many problems are being had with them...
along with the gaskets, i got my stage 8 bolts, but where there used to be studs on the manifolds, what are you guys using to secure the a/c and alt? if studs, don't you have to use a diff kind?

I deleted the braces all together and I have no problems. Looks like GM went for the overkill in securing the accesories. Also, you are making an excellent choice with Percy's. One of the best out there.

well i was finally able to dummy hang the headers on the eng today, but the studs that came off my original exhaust are gonna be too short anyways... thanks, SLP... made the "stud collars" or whatever they are too long so the studs will be too short. so much for being able to use all the stage 8 bolts i bought, too... oh well, i'll figure it all out and get it together one day.
