check this out!!!

I was talking to some guys about my car and i was telling them that i want to get some headers for my 305 tbi. one guy said that i will lose power and the other said i might gain more power. what should i do. i have an exhaust leak. so i want to get that fixed.

dont listen to the first guy, definitely get headers. I got hookers and couldnt be happier, nice SOTP improvement. the exhaust on that tbi is a HUGE restriction do away with it....NOW! hehe, later

i went to look for some hooker header 2055 and i cant find them. everyone seem to like those headers for my 305 tbi. is there somthing that i dont know about. i have a summit mag. and they dont have it nither??? can i get some help plz

I got the edlebrock edl-6875, They bolted up perfect. Only thing is regret is not get them ceramic coated.

Both Summit Racing and Jegs have them. There really called the Hooker Super Comp shortie headers, 2055 is just the Hooker part number. Here you go:

Nope, it doesn't matter at all (not for headers, at least).

It only matters in that the 2055 y-pipe won't directly fit your TBI catalytic converter. If you get the rest of the exhaust for '86-'90 TPI single cat (just like the 2055's are intended for and will even fit the factory cat), it will all bolt together.
