which is better borla cat back or the magnaflow

I see the poster changed his options now, given those choices I'd go with Borla if they still make the 3" inlet/2 1/2" outlets OTL. A friend has it and it's nicer than any Borla I've ever heard, kinda like a Flowmaster but a little smoother maybe.
