hedman longtubes and t56
do they hit the clutch thing like with the t-5?
i have a t56 from an lt1 camaro and i used hedman tork-step long tubes, they have a 3 bolt 3inch flange. you can spin the flange to the thin side and you will have to grind on the bellhousing and the flange. i had to do some grinding on the starter side of the bellhousing to use my stock full sized starter.
hope this answers your question

yes it does, thank you, i also found numerous other people who had modified the collector to work with their t-5's, however, i went with a hotrodded 700r4 and a high stall, to keep things simple.

Does anyone know if ill have problems with the 68466 hedmans?? I have a t56 and was hoping hedmans would just fit right in
Nova, does the 68460 hedmans fit with a t56? im looking for the best fitment header, and the best ground clearance.

lol, i never got a straight answer! i'd go with teh 2210 hookers. they DEFINITELY fit...but are a bit more pricey. uncoated they are like $380. i'll be upgrading to them here after a bit.

the problem with the 2210's are they hang to low and I scrape now I can only imagine what its gonna be like with the hookers.

alright, here's what i've gathered running hedman longtubes (of any sort, they are all dimensionally the same) with a t-5 or t-56. the collector rubs the bellhousing and slave cylinder so you have to do a little grinding on the bellhousing, and dent the collector.
