Will these Edelbrock headers fit my 88?

Will these Edelbrock headers fit my 88?
The listing says 82-87 for the years it fits... but why wouldn't they fit 88+?

They will fit. The reason why they stop at 87 is because the cat mount is different in some way. Either the coupling or the pipe size. Those headers will bolt up just fine on your '88. You may just have to fab up where the y-pipe meets the cat.
