i need to know how long our stock mufflers are so when i get my new spintech, the dynomax exhaust tips stay centered with the car. thanks!

 

Any particular reason you don't go out and measure it?

 

yes, i dont have it anymore, when i was removing my exhaust to put up the new catback pipes, my muffler got caught on something so i was trying to kick it off, and it broke in half, its now been in the dumpster and taken to the dump

 

I looked for dimensions on replacement-type mufflers and came up with anything from 13"-17" case length, 19"-23" overall length.

I haven't crawled underneath to measure the length of the 80-series Flow I've got, but supposedly it's 15"/21".

i was looking at stock replacements and they came in avg of 13-17 so i ended up ordering a 15" lets hope it centers just fine. thanks!

 

Original GM for 85' IROC TPI measures 23" long approx 11.5" wide P/N 14085395 on muffler.
