True duals and a T-56 trans

I've always run automatics in my car. I've got a real nice true dual setup that I've been running for about 6 mo. If I decide to go T-56, will the slave cylinder or it's hydraulic hose pose a problem with clearance on the Left header collector/exhaust pipe? My pipes go straight back via hedman long tubes, s-extensions, with an x pipe behind the trans. I don't want to loose this setup if I don't have to.
