I finished installing Hooker 2055 headers and I wanted to post a quick warning that I have not seen before. This is only for those with a T5. I thought to look for vacuum lines and spark plug wires toucking the headers before I started the motor but I missed something. The hose that goes from the clutch master cylinder to the slave cylinder was close to the header. After a few minutes of running the hose melted and the headers are jet hot coated. The real bitch of this is that you can not buy the hose. Gm will sell you the master and slave with the hose for 189 dollars, but wtf that is a bit pricy for 18" of hose.

 

If i'm not mistaken, the 4th gen hose is available seperately and will work. It's just a little longer or something like that.
