Well I am in themiddle of doing a Long tube header install on the Iroc and was planning on running duals and dumping before the axle.


My question is has anyone used the magnaflow muffelers to do this Part number is MPE-14416.

Everyone seems to use the dynomax bullets but I just love the way magnaflow sounds, well their catback kits.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

they are pretty loud. If you do search in the 99-04 mustang world you can find sound clips of the Magnapack cat back. It uses that mufler and is true duals. this might give you an idea.

I own both camaro and mustang. one thing I have noticed is the mustang guys are big on sound clips. there is a a website called mustangexhaust.com that has tons of clips of different mufflers.

if you run true duals i may give you an idea. there is also a website caled ls1sounds.com but It mainly has the catback for the 4th gens so it is going to sound different.

I just put a magnaflow catback on mine part number 15620 and it is quite as hell I am changing out the muffler. that is an oval body muffer.

I have heard a 99+ gt with no cats and the magnapack exhaust at it was very loud not my particualr taste but sound is different to every listener.
