flamethrower problems

flamethrower problems

I recently installed an autoloc flamethrower kit. It is all working, but the exhaust gas won't light, so I need to make the exhaust richer. Is there an easy way to make the fuel mixture richer and not hurt anything? Or would it be easier to connect a washer fluid pump to a fuel line and spray a little bit of fuel directly into the tailpipes?

Connecting something up like that is asking for a fire.. I have seen people put in a seloniod setup for propane.... or the like.... not as likely to catch the lines on fire then.....

Yes there are ways, but running that rich isn't good for your motor.

I'm just curious, are you running a cat?

I agree, running rich to make a flamethrower isn't the best idea.

U have to buy a nice 1 galon fuel cell, buy the appropriate metal lines, bend them and install a small inexpensive fuel pump. At leasr you will not need a regualtor, haha. If done like I stated you can get have a nice little trick to show off at shows for fun. If done wrong or just about any other way. You are just stpuid and asking for problems.


Don't cut corners on things that involve gasoline and fire......
