Borla 4thGen - Can you find CHEAPER!!!

Hey guys I am looking for stainless steel catback and have been doing lots of searching. I know its 4th gen but with little mods I've heard it'll fit no prob, and I like the square tips instead of oval on the 3rd gen. Also the price tag for 3rd gen SUCKS!!!!!!!!

I found bor-14464 93-95 for 589.00

http://www.xcessive.com/DEPTFRAME.ASP?DEPT_NO=1000

If you know of anywhere I can buy for cheaper ..................please post

Yes the 4th gen catback is very similar, just a repositioning of the hangers is usually required. nothing major at all.

That price is very good for the borla, try classified ads on fbody.com, ls1tech.com and camaroz28.com to try to find a better deal. Ebay might also have it cheaper.

Does it have to be stainless? You can run a new systems that is aluminized (lasts pretty damn long) and run borla tips. That is what I did.

Yea shiftycapone I would like to have 3" stainless all the way through.

I am going to be getting Hooker Headers 2205's w/ y-pipe ceramic coated. A Catco Converter, and Borla.

Actually found borla 14888 for 620 on another site, but still too much for me.

I guess I have all winter to figure it out.

Borla makes a kit specific for the 3rd gens. I would check that out.
