true dual out the back or 3' ORY?

i am putting a whole new engine in my 85 firebird and my new exhaust setup is coming and i was thinking of true dual exhaust or 3' ORY. bolth of them have to exit the back because of stupid CA emissions. i am in between GMMG exhaust for the 3' ORY, and chambered mufflers from stainless steel exhaust works where GMMG gets there mufflers from that would be for the true dual. the piping would be 2 1/2 all the way back from headers. what would sound better, what would be better power gains. what would be cheaper. i don't have any piping so i would have to by all of it myself at the shop where its getting done at. Bolth setups have to have cats and the true dual has to have 2 cats. what do you guys think. thankyou i also could save alot of money and buy a bullet muffler for like 40 shipped and 150 for it to be put on with the piping and installed how would that sound and compair to my other two options?

Okay, I'll bite: What's a "3' ORY"?

No "true dual" exhaust will be legal on your car. Unless you convert to a TPI system with dual cats, you're limited to a single cat (because that's all that was available in 1985).

Exiting out the back isn't a "stupid CA emissions" rule. It's a safety law to keep from poisoning driver & passengers with carbon monoxide.

Bullets are not street legal.
