My exhuast sucks

I have edelbrock headers and y pipe and its junk. The flange from the headers and the ypipe where they meet wont stay together. The bolts are double nuted and locktite . the donut gasket sucks i hate how it goes together and it leaks like an M F er. So edelbrock has junk its been junk for as long as i can remember. Does anybody else have an exhaust leak due to there dunut gasket and ypipe to header collect flange not seal tite??????? i just want to know.

An exhaust system that sucks sounds pretty good to me. The exact opposite of backpressure.

The relative quality of various header offerings is pretty subjective. I'd say, from what I've seen discussed here and what I experienced with what I've got, that there is no "perfect" header system available for our cars.

I have had the edelbrock headers and y pipe for 2 years now and no flange probloms or leaks at all.

Putting the exhaust in along with the new motor, I can't tell you how it is yet because they are still in the boxes
