UPDATE!!
me and my dad got all the valve seals in today. we replaced all of them, and on my car there were no seals on the exhaust valves so we put one on every exhaust and intake valve. so tomaro im going to get some alen head header bolts and some lock tight. then im going to get the headers and y-pipe on and when dad gets back he can adjust the valves b/c idk how too... but i got the distributor cap rotor and wires on also. so i dont have to much left to do then it will be running again finally.
also rwdtech.... those plug wires are way way long.. i think i might get a different set b/c i dont want em that long.
and i broke my temp switch also... so i have to figure out how to fix that it looks like the wire end that connect to the temp thing in the block broke off so the wire wont connect at all now..

length was a good thing because i could route the wires away from the header tubes. i just replaced the straight boot wires with the new wires....
im sorry though, they worked perfect for me....
without those wires i would have to run the wires through the AIR tube which would melt them:

with the new wires i could run them this way (ignore the string lol):
