89 L98 Single Cat what Cat Converter is stock Replacement?
Hi All,
Is the single cat 5.7L 3" in/out? The parts websites are claiming the Catco 9118 or the Walker 15622 are the 'Direct Fit' Replacements. A dealer wants to charge me 300 for the cat, I said I'll ship you one to work with. I dont want to ship him one that is not sized right unless I come up with the adapaters. Any advice on which cat to go with is very much appreciated. I tried searching but couldnt find any information about the stock exhaust. And again this is the single cat option, not the dual cat option. If these arent the direct replacement could you guys recommend the proper adapaters, or the correct OEM fit size cat?
