Would I notice a difference in power if I buy a catback with a cutout?

Would I notice a difference in power if I buy a catback with a cutout?

I already have a cutout on my i-pipe now and I have left it open since day one, its not really loud, infact its fairly quiet at idle until I whomp on it, the car really screams as you go faster and I like the sound alot.

The cutout is mated to a bullet 3 inch muffler...the thing thats bothering me, is even though the cutout is fairly close to the stock cat, i can't help but think that these are still stock pipes.

A few months ago I was gonna buy an Edelbrock/Hooker system for my car, I plan on buying Hooker 2210 (longtubes) for my LO3 within the next couple of weeks, just everytime I think about buying an exhaust system, something holds me back.

My question is, would I notice much of a difference between what I have on there now, and what I will have. I have searched the boards, alot of people say different things.

EDIT: Sorry about that 2210s are the long tubes my mistake.
