I would very strongly suggest against anything from flowtech, but that is just my opinion, because every header/exhaust component I have seen from them has been terribly constructed. Anyways, if they are long tubes, the easiest way to get them in is to get the car as close to 3 feet off the ground as possible. Support it obivously, and snake them in through the bottom. One can do it alone, but two makes a very quick and easy job of it, if they are shorties, just drop them in from the top... Good luck!!!

What he said ^^, and also, you might want to soak the studs holding the old ones to the block with PB blaster.

There shorties, I have the y-pipe, all new ARP hard where. I was wondering if I should spray some penetrating spray on the old header bolts before I take them off. Also I was wondering if I should soak the new bolts in oil or something like that. Also what should I bolt the new bolts down to, 80 or is that too much and will break them?

definitely, no matter what, use PB Blaster on the old bolts. spray them periodically for about a day before you plan on doing the work. really let it soak in.
also, use the right size sockets as well to get the old ones off - you don't want to round off any of the fasteners. they may require a little cleaning prior to removing them, but it's worth it.
finally, go to a local drug store and get a box of bandaids for your knuckles, and a 6-pack to celebrate after you're done.
