Re: stock exhaust size

I'm sure it will fit. In fact, I have a Flowmaster on my car with the stock exhaust on it now (2.5 inch into the muffler). Later this week I am putting on a full 3 inch exhaust from headers back. I'm going to use the same Flowmaster but modify the pipe going inbound to accept the new 3 inch pipe. My current muffler is the Flowmaster 80. ~shrug~

Yer good.

It's sounds OK:

Click Me

I'm not sure that it added 30HP though. :|

After I stick the headers on it, I'll take a new recording.

I don't see why everyone likes flowmasters, they aren't much over stock, everybody has one, and the sound isn't that great. Unless this is a great deal or something prompting you to get it, go aerochamber or magnaflow.

They make some decent stuff. I suppose if I was doing it all over again though I'd go with Magnaflow or Spintech.

I got a bargain is all.

Re: stock exhaust size

flowmasters sound like crap on a single exhaust. flowmasters only really sound like they should on a true dual setup.
