Dynomax bullet muffler makes good resonator
I have a force II cat back, and Ive always thought it was a little too loud, not to mention that the car sounds exactly the same with it as with no exhaust at all after the cat. Loud and boomy. I thought Id try using one of those dynomax bullet mufflers for additional sound control, and surprisingly, it does work. Dynomax says a dB decrease of around 3-4 dB. Doesnt seem like much, but IIRC, this equates to a roughly 2x decrease in sound power level. Basically relatively free sound control. Defiantly a noticable improvement. Although its hard to tell from the video as the camera has auto-level, the sound level is almost within what it was with the stock exhaust. Definatly still audable, but not as loud. Good for not pissing off the neighbors, or avoiding a ticket for driving a car thats not legal for the street.

Sounds good, just a little quiet for me. Of course, open headers is too quiet for me
