Really? Since that is impossible, what do you really have?

Depends upon the heads you have on the engine. Most likely, the answer is "yes".

I dunno, doesn't a 350 .52" over have crazy heads? (Not to mention awfully thin internals)

Maybe we're talking about a 400 with an overbore, seems more likely.

I'm pretty sure that makes it a 360ci. Pretty aggressive over-bore at that. So yea, unless you've got some really abnormal heads, standard headers should work just fine. Where in the world did you get 402ci from?

Why ask for help on something and make up stories on what you really have?

a .060" over 350 w/ a 3.850" stroke crank will make a 396, and thats pushing the limits for a production block 350.

Anyways, why wouldnt the headers work? As far as i know all SBC's use the siamese exhaust ports, so as long as the exhaust ports are the same/similar shape on both the heads and header they should WORK, whether they are good enough is another story.

How much flow does your engine need? Are the headers 1 1/2" 1 5/8"? 1 3/4"?

From the sounds of it, id say you dont know what you have other than it being an SBC, and with that said, "yes" your 350 headers will be fine.

Re: help with headers!

Yes, 350 headers will work fine; since htat's what you have.

Just because it's had some maintenance done on it, that happens to have added a couple of CID, doesn't make it some whole other kind of motor. It's a .060" over 350.

Any of the good-quality headers should work fine. There's lots of other things that would help determine which ones would be the "best" in your specific situation; the motor being .060" over isn't important.

"More important" would include things like, the RPM range the motor runs in, which is determined by the heads, compression, and cam; the purpose of the car, whether it's a daily driver, strip-only, and so on; if it does multiple forms of duty, which one it spends the most time doing; how much ground clearance it has; whether they need to hook up to a full exhaust; budget; and so on.

ALL headers are "aftermarket". The factory never used headers on these cars. Even the cars that had tubular manifolds, they're still manifolds, just made out of tubing rather than being cast. The design parameters are totally different.
