I like my Magnaflow on my car right now but I am a little tired of it and want to try out a Spintech on the car. It is a 89 2.8 Camaro. Does anyone have one on a V6 f-body with a Spintech? I found one of a Fiero with a Spintech and it sounds pretty damn good for a 2.8. I was thinking Spintech or go back to a Dynomax. Also what dynomax muffler is a little louder than the super turbo muffler?

i have a v8 motor but i had both the dynomax superturbo and now have a spintech. the superturbo was basically stock replacement with hella better flow. their louder model i believe is the ultra flo ss its called. as for the spintech i love the new exhaust note my car has. its hard to explain it its a complete different tone than it was and sounds badass to me. its not too loud yet not too quiet.

 

it will probably sound different on the camaro just because the Fiero has the motor so much closer to the muffler. Alot less exhaust lenght there.

Which model is the quieter one. Really I am looking for one that is a little louder than stock but quieter than the Magnaflow. I have headers, high flow cat, and the whoe is 2.5". I know that it won't sound like that Fiero but maybe similar. The Camaro should be quieter since there is so much more piping and doesn't more piping mean less rasp? I would like to try one out. I want one that is duel out.

 

i have my old dynomax superturbo where is a tad louder than stock but yet quiet and tame. id sell it to you for 20+shipping and its single 2.5" inlet and dual 2.5" outlets.
