Looking for a loud agrressive sounding muffler

I currently have a Flowmaster 3" American thunder cat back system on my car which has a ZZ4 350 with headers. I was searching the forums and saw Ravins were something to look into but when I went on Ebay and even called Midas they said they stopped carrying them 1 year ago or so. I tried their website and that didn't work either. Are these still available ? if so can someone post a link to a dealer where I can buy on. Or else can someone suggest what else is out there . I was thimking about a Hooker aerochamber as my 2nd choice. I need a 3" inlet w/ dual 2.5" outlets. Thanks

You can try the flowmaster Super 44. Or there are a couple magnaflow mufflers for $200+

Re: Looking for a loud agrressive sounding muffler

put one of these in your i-pipe http://www.classicchambered.com/classic/products.html and then one of these installed backward off the end of the muff and have 2 2.5" pipes run up and over the axel http://www.jegs.com/i/Flowmaster/389...1/744773|11535
you can just have a shop run the 2 pipe out the rear probably wont cost any more than that cat back you have now.

Alright, if you want a different sound than the flowmaster, the powerstick is worth a try.

CaliChevyLover just had a custom system bent up using a powerstick:

Didn't like the sound of the Powerstick. It has that typical sound of an Iroc only louder. I am thinking of getting a Hooker Aerochamber. I heard a sound byte and it sounded nice. I'll post the link if I can find it again.

Re: Looking for a loud agrressive sounding muffler

From the videos of the third gen aero chamber, it sounds very non aggressive. Like a stock muffler just louder, but with no real improvement in the tone to make it muscular sounding. It seems to have a hollow and muted tone to it. For me, I think it will work out great because I am more concerned about overall quietness than what the car sounds like to everyone else. But its a very odd sound for an aftermarket muffler. It must have to do with the way the sound chamber is made.

Why can't you go w/ 3" inlet and dual 3" outlets with the Random Tech?
