new exhaust pics!

hey guys-
i just got my exhaust re-done the other day from this guy i know @ meineke. i got everything from the cat back done including the cat itself. i have a Dynomax Super Converter cat and a Thrush glasspack. i know everyone on here HATES glasspacks, but the Thrush ones are REALLY nice...not raspy at all, just a nice tone overall but not super loud. i actually felt a difference...the car pulls a bit harder now.

i'll try to post a vid later this week so everyone can hear it but here's a link to some pics:

Nice job, why didn't you upgrade to a 3 inch pipe.

Re: new exhaust pics!

Re: new exhaust pics!

I was just wondering. I thought you were setting your car up for possible engine mods in the future

Re: new exhaust pics!

Sweet man. I know im gonna get yelled at for this but I actually like the glasspack sound. I have one on my truck thats about 4 years old and its loud as hell now, but still sounds pretty good.

Re: new exhaust pics!

thanks! if i could "fix" it i would. i know a lot of guys in the area who do inspections but NY has made it harder to fake and they're enforcing it a lot more. it doesn't bother me though b/c it's a high flow cat so it robs very little (if any) hp. that and it sounds good so i'm happy.

Re: new exhaust pics!

thanks...glad i'm getting such good feedback. that just goes to show that glasspacks can sound good and not like some red neck POS.
